Sarah Rezak announced as keynote speaker for Fractional Summit USA

World leading luxury fractional ownership brand and fractional conference organizer Fractional Life has announced Sarah Rezak, founder of Rezak Resort Consulting, as keynote speaker and sponsor for Fractional Summit USA, to be held at the InterContinental Miami, August 31st and September 1st.

Sarah Rezak is one of the most respected consultants in the fractional real estate sector, having conducted more than 400 assignments for resort developments in most U.S. states and more than 20 countries.

She began her career at Ragatz Associates in 1997, where her contributions included annual intensive study of the fractional interest and destination club industries and numerous feasibility analyses. On leaving Ragatz she continued consulting while studying for an MBA, and then joined Intrawest, where she ultimately oversaw the sale and transition of the Storied Places management contracts to Fairmont Heritage Place.
