UK agency wins Absolute Group contract

UK based design and web agency The Escape has announced it has secured a contract to work with the Absolute Group based in Thailand, following an appearance at AOCAP - the Alternative Ownership in Asia Conference - where managing director Craig Killick gave a speech to an industry audience entitled “Marketing On The Web - What’s So Special About You?”

The Absolute Group has commissioned The Escape to take over the management of a portfolio of websites, with a view to strategically growing market share online and generating sales leads directed at geographical markets.

Escape account director, Robert Jones said: “This contract win is the start of an interesting stage in the life of The Escape. At the conference we had a chance to mix with some of the leading organisations in a very fast-growing industry and I am currently speaking to a number of companies across the Middle East and Africa about a range of projects.

“We have already proved that we can service customers across the world cost-effectively from our UK base and are confident we can offer something extra that these companies have never previously from their existing agencies with our expertise in web design and marketing.”

Craig Killick, managing director, added: “Visiting Asia has allowed us to see first-hand the opportunities available. In the past we have been very localised in our own marketing, but, with an extended reach the next 12 months could see our international sales grow to be a healthy percentage of our total revenue.”
