Fractional Life and Overseas Property Professional announce partnership

Leading luxury fractional ownership brand, fractional conference and exhibition organiser Fractional Life is delighted to announce a partnership with Overseas Property Professional (OPP), the only dedicated trade magazine and website for anyone actively involved in the international homes industry.

Together, the two brands will combine to grow awareness of fractional ownership real estate among both the b2b and consumer markets.

Initiatives agreed within the partnership include Media Partner status for OPP at the forthcoming Fractional Summit b2b conferences in Abu Dhabi (November 23 and 24) and London (February 17 and 18 2011) and for Fractional Life at the OPP Live exhibition fractional seminars (October 14 to 16, London); Fractional Life banner advertising on the OPP website; and fractional ownership editorial in OPP's magazine and website.

Additionally, George Sell, editor of Fractional Life’s b2b brand Fractional Trade will be writing a monthly column for OPP, bringing readers the latest industry news, views and reactions.

“Our mission is to grow the fractional marketplace, and a key element of that is to raise awareness of the opportunities fractional ownership offers to the overseas property industry. By teaming up with OPP, which is widely read among real estate professionals, we will be able to spread the word to a large, knowledgeable and proactive audience,” said Sell.
